Privacy & Terms

Last updated November 4, 2026

The Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta (“ISB Atlanta,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms for using the site.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to answer you, run our programs, and keep the site working. We do not sell personal information.

Information you send us

When you use a form on this site, we store what you submit:

  • Contact and Join Us. Your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your message, and any ways you ask to engage with us, such as joining the email list.
  • Request a Speaker. Your name, email, phone, organization, address, audience, preferred dates, topic, and any other details you include so we can follow up on the request.

If you ask to join the email list, we use your contact details to send news, event notices, and similar updates. You can leave the list at any time by emailing info@isbatlanta.org.

Team sign-in

Sign-in is for ISB Atlanta team members, not the general public. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, we receive the name, email address, and profile photo that provider shares with us. We keep a session cookie so you stay signed in, and we may record the IP address and approximate location associated with that session. We use this information to operate team and admin tools.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools may collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited
  • Approximate location derived from the IP address
  • The date and time of the visit, and the site that referred you

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Contact and speaker forms include Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than automated spam. Turnstile processes a verification token and connection data for that check.

We use Google Tag Manager. It may set cookies and send usage information to Google and to other services configured in that account, such as analytics. Those providers process data under their own policies.

Photos and other content

Galleries and program pages may include photos from public events. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email info@isbatlanta.org and we will review the request.

How we use information

  • Reply to messages and speaker requests
  • Send updates you asked to receive
  • Schedule programs and keep records of our work
  • Protect the site from spam and abuse
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
  • Provide access to team members who manage the site

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our programs:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, storage, and form security checks
  • Google, for analytics through Tag Manager and for Google sign-in
  • Apple and Microsoft, when a team member chooses those sign-in options
  • Our email provider, when we reply to a message you sent us

Donations are collected on a separate form operated by Little Green Light, not on this website. Nonprofit applications for the ISB Leadership Institute are collected on a Google Form. Those sites receive what you submit there and apply their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect ISB Atlanta, our people, or the public from harm.

Cookies

This site uses a few kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

  • A session cookie when a team member is signed in
  • Cookies set by Google Tag Manager and the tags it loads
  • A short-lived check from Cloudflare Turnstile on forms

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking them may stop sign-in or the form security check from working. Google also offers tools to opt out of certain analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages, speaker requests, and email-list details for as long as we need them to respond, carry out a program, and keep ordinary organizational records. Team account information stays while that person needs access, and we remove it when access is no longer needed. Server and analytics logs are kept according to our providers’ settings.

Your choices

Email info@isbatlanta.org to ask for a copy of the information you sent us, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will honor the request unless we need to keep a record to complete a program, meet a legal duty, or resolve a dispute. California residents can make the same requests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This website is meant for adults and for organizations arranging programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email info@isbatlanta.org and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we store. No website or email system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information you would not want stored in a message.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.

Terms of Use

By using isbatlanta.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

The site describes ISB Atlanta’s programs, news, and ways to get in touch. You may browse it and share links to it. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through our forms.

Team accounts

Sign-in is limited to people ISB Atlanta authorizes. If you have an account, keep it to yourself and use it only for ISB Atlanta work. We may suspend access that is unused, misused, or no longer needed.

Our content

Text, photos, logos, and other materials on this site belong to ISB Atlanta or to the people who licensed them to us. You may quote a short excerpt with credit and a link back to the page. For any other reuse, email info@isbatlanta.org and ask first.

Programs and requests

Program descriptions are invitations to learn more. Sending a speaker request, a contact message, or an application does not confirm a booking, partnership, or place in a program. We will follow up if we can help. Honoraria, dates, and other arrangements are agreed separately.

Donations and other forms

The donate button opens a form run by Little Green Light. ISBLI nonprofit applications open a Google Form. Those services handle payment or application details under their own terms. A link to another site is not an endorsement of everything on that site.

Disclaimer

Materials on this site are for general education and community information. They are not legal, medical, religious, or other professional advice. We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we may change or remove content at any time. The site is provided as is.

To the extent the law allows, ISB Atlanta is not liable for damages that result from using the site, relying on its content, or following a link away from it.

Georgia law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
