Nazmus Sakib joined the Islamic Speakers Bureau in 2020. He was born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He moved to Connecticut in his late teens and recently relocated to the Peach State in 2017 in search of warmer weather. He has worked at various leadership roles within non-profit space over the last 15 years. He currently volunteers at his local mosque (Masjid Omar) in Lilburn and a few other community based initiatives. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Certificate in MIS from University of Connecticut. He also completed Executive Education in Finance from Harvard University. Naz works at a fin-tech company which is the world’s largest hedge fund and private equity administrator. In his spare time, he loves travelling and spending time with his wife and two kids. So far he visited 10 countries and 20 US states and can communicate in 5 languages at various levels.
